Project Management

The objective of WP1 is to ensure the effective management, coordination, quality assurance and financial administration of the project throughout its full implementation period. This Work Package provides the organisational structure needed to monitor progress, coordinate the consortium, manage risks, ensure quality and report to the National Agency.

Main deliverables

WP1 includes the overall project management framework, the Project Management Plan or Project Handbook, administrative and contractual management, payment schedules, reporting procedures, financial and time management plans, risk and quality management procedures, monitoring of deliverables and milestones, and internal communication between partners. <br> <br>It also includes the organisation of regular virtual project meetings, three Transnational Project Meetings, one online self-training activity, one multiplier event per country and the final hybrid conference. The Work Package also covers supporting plans linked to inclusion, diversity, digital implementation, environmental and green measures, civic participation, internal wellbeing and sustainability.
Timeline

September 2025 – July 2027 <br> <br> Key milestones include regular online meetings throughout the project, TPMs in Spain, Greece and Italy, the online self-training activity in the later implementation phase, multiplier events in June–July 2027 and the final hybrid conference in June 2027.
